🦄 We are def over communicators and you might get sick of us, but you’ll receive 1) an order confirmation when you place your order 2) a dispatch email indicating that we’ve beamed your order down to earth and 3) a celebratory email letting you know that your order has been delivered and we’re ready to party :p

✨ Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Unlike traditional eyeshadows, astrobabe’s instant eyeshadows use press-on applicators that come into full contact with your skin during use 

✨ Because of this, we cannot verify whether a product has been opened, handled, or exposed to contaminants once it leaves the mothership. Even if unused, returned items cannot be resold under our commitment to clean, safe beauty—which we take very seriously

✨ That being said, we want you to love your astrobabe experience! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at mothership@heyastrobabe.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
